Is the subscription per person or per group?
Per group. One subscription — $1.99 a month or $14.99 a year — covers the entire group: the treasurer, any co-treasurers, and every viewer. Adding members never costs anything extra.
How does the free trial work?
Every new group starts with 30 days of full access, and no credit card is required to begin. If the trial ends before you subscribe, nothing is deleted — the books simply become read-only until a subscription starts.
Can our group's treasury pay for it?
That's how most groups handle it. Like rent, literature, or coffee, the subscription is a small operating expense the group can approve by group conscience at a business meeting — and at $14.99 a year it's usually one of the smallest lines on the report.
What happens if we cancel or stop paying?
Your records are never held hostage. If the subscription lapses, the group becomes read-only: every entry, report, and audit record stays visible, and the full ledger can still be exported as a CSV or shared as a PDF at any time. Subscribe again and you pick up right where you left off.
How do we pay?
The group's owner subscribes on the web with a credit or debit card, handled by Stripe — Meeting Treasurer never sees or stores your card number. You can switch plans or cancel anytime from Settings.
